STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Returns / Right of Rescission
Our products are handmade food items, and many are perishable or made to order. In accordance with applicable Taiwan consumer-protection rules and statutory exceptions for certain food/perishable goods, the 7-day right of rescission may not apply to our products once the order has been prepared or delivered.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the wrong item was provided, the product was defective upon arrival, or another issue was caused by our mistake. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details.
2. Product Nature & Ingredients
Our products are handmade, and we do not add preservatives during our baking/preparation process. However, some ingredients, such as fruit, jam, dried fruit, chocolate, cheese, or other prepared ingredients, may contain preservatives or additives from their original supplier.
Appearance, size, and texture may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the products.
3. Shipping, Pickup & Fresh Products
Available delivery or pickup methods depend on the product type and the method selected at checkout.
Cookies, pineapple tarts, and other delivery-suitable products may be available through 7-11 / Family Mart Pickup, Post Office Direct Delivery, or Jingcheng Night Market Pickup.
Fresh Bakes & Cakes are available for Jingcheng Night Market Pickup only and are not available for 7-11 / Family Mart or Post Office delivery.

4. Shipping Risk
We package delivery-suitable products carefully before dispatch. However, cookies and other baked goods may be fragile. Once the package has been handed to the logistics provider, we cannot be held responsible for minor breakage or damage caused during normal transit.
If you receive a severely damaged package or the wrong item, please take photos immediately and contact us for assistance.
5. Order Cancellation & Fulfillment
We try to fulfill all accepted orders on time. However, because our products are handmade and some items depend on ingredient availability, we may contact you if an item is unavailable or if preparation timing needs to change.
If we need to cancel an order before fulfillment, any paid amount for the cancelled order will be refunded.
