STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Consumer Protection Act Exemption (No Returns) In accordance with the "Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to the Right to Rescind," our products are classified as perishable goods with a short shelf life. Therefore, the 7-day right of rescission (cooling-off period) does not apply. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product was received incorrectly or is defective upon arrival.

2. Product Nature & Ingredients Our products are handmade without adding preservatives. However, please note that certain component ingredients (e.g., dried fruits, jams) may contain preservatives from their original manufacturing process. Appearance and size may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the product.

3. Shipping & Risk We ensure all products are packaged securely before dispatch. However, cookies are fragile. Once the package is handed over to the logistics provider (7-11/FamilyMart/Courier), Loumerre Bakery cannot be held liable for minor breakage or damage caused during transit. If you receive a severely damaged parcel, please take photos immediately and contact us for assistance.

4. Order Cancellation & Fulfillment We strive to fulfill all orders on time. In the event of ingredient shortages or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued immediately.
